Leader of Terrorist-Linked Group Speaks at Democrat Convention

Once again showing that the Democrats’ ‘large umbrella’ appears to include terrorists and terrorist-linked groups, the president of The Islamic Society of North America—Ingrid Mattson—spoke Sunday at the Democrat National Convention in Denver. This is the same Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) that has admitted to ties with terrorist Hamas, has been named as an unindicted co-conspirator in the Holy Land Foundation’s terrorist-funding case and also has admitted ties to the militant terrorist group Muslim Brotherhood. I have written in the past that leftist Democrats consider terrorism to be ‘just another ideology’. This latest Democrat Party action pretty much proves my point. Question: Is this what the Democrat presidential candidate Barack Obama means when he says he will “change America?”

As a refresher, the Holy Land Foundation is an Islamic “charity” organization that has been accused of soliciting monies—predominantly in the USA—which it then sent to fund the Hamas terrorists. The first court case against the organization ended in a mistrial. The second trial is due to begin 15 September 2008. Bear in mind the foundation has admitted its ties to terrorist Hamas. Note: Also established are ties between the Holy Land Foundation and the Muslim Brotherhood—the same or similar ties that also extend to CAIR’s involvement in this quagmire of Islamist intrigue. As another refresher, the Muslim Brotherhood (AKA The Society of the Muslim Brothers) is a Sunni Muslim group begun in Egypt by Hassan al-Banna in 1928. Since its inception, the group has insinuated itself into and onto many countries of the world, including the United States of America. The Brotherhood is dedicated to instilling Islam as the only political and religious system throughout the world. One of its mottos is “Jihad is our way. Dying in the way of Allah is our hope!” Much the same as the Taliban, the Brotherhood also teaches the subjugation of women. And, as with other Islamist organizations, the Brotherhood ostensibly preaches non-violence against ‘most civilians’ but, practices just the opposite. It has been responsible for years of violence against Egyptians and, like Hezbollah and other Islamist organizations, it advocates and demands the overthrow of Israel and the extermination of Jews. The Brotherhood’s Palestinian wing is Hamas.

These are only two of the Islamic Society of North America’s terrorist ties. And it is part of the inclusion into the Democrat Party—the “new” Party being created by Barack Obama and his adherents. This has barely been reported by our mainstream media. When it has been, media accounts are positive and fawning toward the terrorist-supporters. Is this really what Democrats and “moderates” want—a country that will give both its land and its soul to one of our greatest enemies—a country that will no longer truly exist? We are truly at one of the most important crossroads—if not the most important—of our lives, folks. It’s up to us—while we still have the US Constitution—to decide whether or not we want to survive. And that ideological, if not also physical, survival could very well be one election away. With their words and actions, Democrats are telling and showing us each and every day what to expect if they are elected. We can either choose to see reality as it is or stick our heads in the sand after our rose-colored glasses have been forever broken. In other words, while we still have the choice we can choose to live or die. It’s just that simple.
