Congressman demands investigation of Obama's "Uncle Omar"

"President Obama's Uncle, Uncle Omar, has been picked up for drunken driving with almost twice the blood alcohol level that is allowable by law in Massachusetts. It'll be the third time that he's been interdicted with regard to being an illegal immigrant. He's twice before been adjudicated for deportation, this time Immigrations and Customs Enforcement just released him, after they had him in custody, as if he's not going to be a danger to our society." - U.S. Rep. Steve King
Congressman Steve King (R-IA) during the 9-11 10th Anniversary weekend released a statement reiterating his demand that the U.S. Congress hold public hearings into President Barack Obama's recently announced program that grants what amounts to Executive Amnesty to illegal aliens and its connection to his Kenyan uncle.
In a story that at first was all but ignored by the majority of news organizations, thanks to talk radio, Internet bloggers and alternative media groups the "Uncle Omar" incident is being exposed.
King's statement was issued in the wake of media reports that President Obama's drunken, illegal alien uncle, Omar Onyango Obama, had been released from the custody of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement.
Prior to his release, "Uncle Omar" Obama was being held subject to a 1992 deportation order, which was uncovered following "Uncle Omar's" recent arrest on suspicion of driving under the influence, driving to endanger, and failing to use a turn signal.
On August 29, the Iowan congressman suggested that drunken "Uncle Omar" Obama could be the first beneficiary of the President's new Executive Amnesty for Illegal Aliens program. With the "Uncle Omar" revelations, it appears that Congressman King's suspicions were correct, and that the Obama administration may have used the new rules to grant amnesty to the President's uncle.
"This executive amnesty that the president has ordered, that they’re not going to enforce immigration law, and who pops up first? Drunken ‘Uncle Omar.’ I want to subpoena drunken ‘Uncle Omar’ to come into the House Judiciary Committee along with his attorney, who’s the same attorney that President Obama’s ‘Aunt Zeituni’ had that got her asylum,” stated Rep. King.
According to a Law Enforcement Examiner source, federal immigration officials are only willing to confirm that Obama is "not in custody", and they will not reveal whether he was released on bond, whether they are aware of his whereabouts, or whether they are still seeking his deportation.
As reported by the Law Enforcement Examiner last week, Barack Obama's "Uncle Omar" was arrested and charged with drunk-driving in Massachusetts. Upon his arrest, police discovered he was also an illegal alien evading deportation, a source told the Law Enforcement Examiner.
Official reports state that a man named Onyango Obama was detained by police in Framingham, Massachusetts on August 24 when he allegedly "almost struck a police cruiser with the Mitsubishi SUV he was driving,"
According to a police source, Police Officer Val Krishtal and a civilian driver in another vehicle were forced to stop suddenly in order to avoid impact by the alleged intoxicated Obama's SUV, which he drove through a stop sign and made an erratic left hand turn.
A report filed by the arresting officers with the Framingham Police Department claims that "Uncle Omar" Obama's breathalyser at the police station registered his blood alcohol at 0.14mg/100ml of blood, above the state limit of 0.08mg.
"Uncle Omar" was charged with driving under the influence and driving to endanger, as well as failing to use a turn signal. He was detained as an illegal alien because the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement has an outstanding warrant for him because he was ordered deported back to Kenya, but evaded the ICE agents.
While President Barack Obama's defenders originally claimed the suspect in question is not the President's uncle, they are now conceding that indeed Onyango is Obama's Kenyan uncle.
Onyango Obama pleaded not guilty at his remand hearing, but was held in custody because of the immigration warrant. His sister Zeituni eventually won the right to live in America despite an earlier deportation order. Margaret Wong, the Cleveland lawyer who successfully represented Zeituni, confirmed that she has also been retained to defend Mr Obama. "The special privileges for the president's family who are illegal immigrants, this is the second one. His Aunt Zeituni was also picked up as an illegal immigrant and finally granted an asylum by ICE, by the Department of Homeland Security. We need to have Congressional hearings into favorite treatment of the White House," King said.
"This executive amnesty that the President has ordered, that they're not going to enforce immigration law, and who pops up first? Drunken Uncle Omar. I want to subpoena drunken Uncle Omar to come into the House Judiciary Committee along with his attorney, who's the same attorney that President Obama's Aunt Zeituni had that got her asylum," stated Congressman King.
